IBM BPM / BAW Developer (IBM Cloud)

We're looking for a highly motivated IBM BPM / BAW Developer who thrives in building scalable, process-driven applications within a modern IBM Cloud environment.

What You'll Do

• Architect, design, and enhance IBM BPM / BAW workflows and business process applications
• Build and maintain robust integrations using REST & SOAP APIs
• Work with structured data formats (XML / JSON) to enable seamless system communication
• Contribute to integration solutions using IBM Integration Designer (IID)
• Develop responsive and dynamic UI components using JavaScript
• Take ownership of code quality through unit testing, debugging, and optimization
• Provide production support and resolve issues with a strong analytical approach
• Automate repetitive operational tasks using PowerShell scripting
• Collaborate in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment with global teams
• Create clear technical documentation and support smooth knowledge transfer

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IBM BPM / IBM BAW development
• Strong programming expertise in Core Java and JavaScript
• Solid experience with REST & SOAP web services
• Proficiency in handling XML and JSON data formats
• Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with IBM Integration Designer (IID)
• Exposure to IBM Cloud or cloud-based environments
