Essential Skills

• Hands-on experience with IBM BPM / IBM BAW development
• Strong programming skills in:
  • Java
  • JavaScript
• Experience with:
  • REST & SOAP web services
  • XML & JSON
• Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
• Strong debugging and development expertise

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance IBM BPM / BAW workflows
• Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Work with XML/JSON data formats
• Use IBM Integration Designer (IID) for integrations
• Develop and modify UI components using JavaScript
• Perform:
  • Unit testing
  • Bug fixing
  • Production support
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Prepare technical documentation
• Support knowledge transfer (KT) and handover activities
