Senior Business Analyst SAP HR

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA HR, Time Management, Payroll, and Post-Payroll processes to support a large-scale regulatory transformation program related to eGov 3.0 and Belcotax 2.0.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze current HR, Time Management, Payroll, and Post-Payroll processes (AS-IS)
  • Identify impacts of regulatory changes on SAP HR processes and data flows
  • Translate business and legal requirements into functional specifications
  • Lead workshops with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders
  • Coordinate SAP S/4HANA adaptations between business and technical teams
  • Define and supervise testing strategies (functional, integration, UAT, data validation)
  • Support change management, compliance, and production readiness
  • Ensure alignment with Belgian social security and payroll regulations

Required skills:

  • Strong experience with SAP HR modules (PA, OM, TM, PY)
  • Expertise in Belgian Payroll and Post-Payroll processes (Belcotax, DMFA, DRS)
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA HR environments
  • Strong business analysis, AS-IS / TO-BE analysis, and functional specification skills
  • Experience managing HR/payroll regulatory transformation projects
  • Knowledge of interfaces between SAP and social security institutions
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills
  • Fluent in French or Dutch with professional English

Location: Brussels
Work model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite per week)
Mission type: Part-time (3/5), with possible extension to full-time in 2027
Duration: Long-term mission with potential extension up to 880 working days
