Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis / SAP S/4HANA Developer to support SAP landscape administration, migration, upgrade, and cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Basis administration, SAP HANA, cloud migrations, and production landscape management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SAP production environments, ensuring high availability and system stability.
• Plan and execute SAP system installations, upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
• Lead SAP cloud migration initiatives and support hybrid/cloud-based SAP landscapes.
• Perform ECC to SAP HANA database migration activities.
• Configure and administer SAP HANA Database, SLT, and SAP NetWeaver Gateway.
• Execute SAP kernel upgrades and release upgrade projects.
• Monitor system performance and optimize SAP landscape operations.
• Support migration and administration activities involving Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in SAP Basis Administration and SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven experience with SAP cloud migration projects.
• Hands-on experience in SAP ECC to HANA database migrations.
• Experience with SAP HANA Database administration.
• Knowledge of SAP SLT and SAP NetWeaver Gateway setup and configuration.
• Experience performing SAP kernel and release upgrades.
• Working knowledge of SAP landscapes including:
  • SAP R/3
  • SAP HANA
  • SAP BW
  • SAP EWM
• Experience with RHEL migration and administration.
• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system monitoring skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of SAP Basis administration experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SAP architecture and system integration.
• Experience working in complex production environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
