Mission

We are looking for a Senior ICT Architect to strengthen architecture governance and ensure the coherence, quality, security, and sustainability of ICT solutions across the organization. You will support architecture decision-making, guide project teams, and evaluate solutions against architectural standards and target architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project proposals and assess their alignment with the target architecture and enterprise standards.
• Provide architectural recommendations, including risks, alternatives, constraints, and implementation guidelines.
• Define and govern integration principles, architecture standards, and reference architectures.
• Evaluate solution designs with a focus on scalability, maintainability, interoperability, security, and operational management.
• Assess application, integration, data, infrastructure, and security architectures across projects.
• Review integration designs, APIs, data flows, monitoring, versioning, error handling, and security controls.
• Advise on infrastructure and technology choices, including cloud, hybrid environments, hosting, identity management, and operational support models.
• Support technical teams with solution architecture, high-level design reviews, and architectural decision-making.
• Contribute to architecture governance, documentation standards, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Promote security-by-design, compliance, and best practices throughout the solution lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in application, solution, or enterprise architecture within complex environments.
• Strong background in architecture governance, architectural reviews, and decision-making processes.
• Expertise in integration architecture, APIs, platform architecture, and enterprise system integration.
• Experience evaluating enterprise solutions such as ERP, CRM, planning, document management, BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, security, identity management, infrastructure, and operational support models.
• Experience defining and enforcing architectural standards, principles, and reference architectures.
• Ability to assess solutions for scalability, extensibility, vendor lock-in risks, and long-term sustainability.
• Strong coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
