Technical Delivery Lead / Solution Architect 

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead / Solution Architect to support the transformation of a large-scale digital gaming platform. You will lead the technical governance, delivery coordination, and quality assurance of a portfolio of digital lottery games, ensuring high-quality software delivery in a complex multi-vendor environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership by reviewing solution designs, defining technical standards, and managing technical risks.
• Drive delivery planning, including roadmaps, release planning, migration planning, and dependency management.
• Coordinate internal teams, external suppliers, and business stakeholders to ensure predictable and efficient project delivery.
• Oversee quality assurance, test strategies, release readiness, and production deployments.
• Monitor technical debt and promote continuous improvement of software architecture and delivery processes.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.
• Manage project progress, budgets, risks, capacity, and delivery governance.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact between Product Owners, development teams, and vendors.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in software development, software delivery, or solution architecture.
• 5+ years in a senior technical leadership, delivery management, or solution architecture role.
• Strong experience with Solution Architecture, Release Management, Project Monitoring, and Quality Management.
• Expertise in Cloud Architecture, Microservices, and API-driven integrations.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and software testing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and modern collaboration tools.
• Experience managing complex software delivery programs in multi-vendor Agile environments.
• Experience with software migration and digital transformation programs.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted software delivery tools is an advantage.
• Experience with digital platforms or gaming environments is a plus.
