One Identity Manager Engineer (Microsoft IAM)-10646121

We are seeking an experienced One Identity Manager Engineer to join our team in Amsterdam. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in Microsoft Identity and Access Management (IAM) and hands-on experience with the One Identity product suite .

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions, ensuring secure and efficient identity governance across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions using One Identity Manager
• Customize and manage the One Identity data model
• Build and maintain One Identity connectors and integrations
• Work with One Identity APIs for automation and system integration
• Manage and support the One Identity product suite , including:
  • Manager
  • Safeguard
  • Active Roles
  • Defender
  • Starling 2FA
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering and solution design
• Provide end-to-end implementation , from design to deployment and support
• Ensure IAM solutions align with security best practices and compliance standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues
• Contribute to DevOps practices, cloud integration, and automation initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Minimum 9 years of experience as a One Identity Manager Engineer
• Strong understanding of:
  • Authentication, authorization, and access control
  • IAM architecture and governance
• Hands-on expertise in:
  • One Identity Manager customization and configuration
  • One Identity data model
  • API integrations and connectors
• Proficiency in VB .NET or another programming language
• Experience across the full IAM lifecycle (design, implementation, support)
• Strong experience in client engagement and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with:
  • Cloud computing environments
  • Microservices architecture
  • Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • DevOps practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
