About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Infor M3 functional consultant with strong expertise in manufacturing and logistics modules to join a dynamic project team in Amsterdam. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful ERP implementations and contribute to high-value digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Infor M3 Manufacturing and Logistics module implementations
• Analyze current business processes and assess existing system landscapes
• Configure and optimize modules including:
  • Manufacturing, MRP, Maintenance, Quality
  • Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Centers, Routing
  • Warehousing, Inventory Control, Transportation & Shipping
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Perform functional testing across DEV, TST, and PRD environments
• Collaborate with business stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Coordinate with technical teams on customizations, enhancements, and reports
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Provide weekly status updates to Project and Delivery Managers
• Drive meetings and ensure smooth communication across teams
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Must-Have Skills

• Strong functional expertise in Infor M3 ERP (Manufacturing & Logistics)
• Proven experience in 2–3 full-cycle Infor M3 Manufacturing implementations
• Solid understanding of:
  • Manufacturing processes and supply chain operations
  • Inventory and warehouse management systems
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic project management skills:
  • Effort estimation
  • Task scheduling
  • Status reporting

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Infor M3 Cloud
• Knowledge of data migration from on-premise to cloud environments
