About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Platform Architect with deep expertise in the Pega platform to lead architecture and guide enterprise-scale implementations.

This role requires a Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) who can work across multiple teams, define platform strategy, and ensure best practices across the Pega landscape, including modern Constellation architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern the end-to-end Pega platform architecture
• Guide the design and evolution of the Pega landscape across environments
• Collaborate with multiple teams including Pega platform teams, developers, and business stakeholders
• Provide architectural leadership and ensure adherence to Pega best practices and standards
• Drive adoption of Pega Constellation architecture and modern UI approaches
• Review and validate solution designs to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies across the platform
• Support delivery teams with technical guidance and problem resolution

Required Skills & Experience

Core Expertise

• 10+ years of experience in Pega architecture and development
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) – Mandatory
• Proven experience working across multiple teams and large-scale implementations

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in:
  • Pega platform architecture and design
  • Pega Constellation framework
  • Pega application design and case management
• Ability to guide Pega landscape design and environment strategy
• Strong understanding of scalability, performance, and governance in Pega
