Data Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Data Program Manager to develop and implement a data management strategy aligned with business objectives. The role focuses on data architecture, governance, data products, and enabling self-service capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data management strategy.
• Work with stakeholders to define data products and business requirements.
• Design data architectures that support scalable and self-service data capabilities.
• Establish and implement data governance policies and frameworks.
• Coordinate the rollout of the data strategy and develop appropriate training plans.
• Manage stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, and project priorities.
• Communicate complex data concepts clearly to business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in data program or project management.
• Strong understanding of data management, data architecture, and governance.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and data governance tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD is a plus.
• Understanding of data science and machine learning is an advantage.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
