Business Analyst – Telecom Network Processes

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to join a telecommunications project in Brussels. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of telecom network processes, business process management, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing ("As-Is") network design processes and define standardized process flows.
• Collaborate with network design teams to understand current practices and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with IT teams, Product Owners, and business users to clarify requirements and implement process changes.
• Coordinate approval workflows and manage process exceptions.
• Maintain baseline process documentation and ensure adherence to established standards.
• Monitor process updates and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Good understanding of the telecommunications industry and network lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of network transformation, planning, design, maintenance, and auditing.
• Experience with telecom technologies such as FTTx, GPON, VDSL, and Copper networks.
• Familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM) principles.
• Knowledge of the ARIS process modelling tool.
• Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, French, and Dutch.
