We're Hiring: SAP FS-PM Functional Consultant/Developer

We're looking for a SAP FS-PM Functional Consultant/Developer to join a long-term fully remote contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an SAP Insurance professional with experience in both functional consulting and ABAP development.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FS-PM solutions.
• Configure SAP FS-PM modules including Product Engine, policy administration, business processes, and policy time models.
• Develop functional specifications (RICEF) for custom developments.
• Configure integrations with SAP FS-CD, FS-ICM, FS-RI, and SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
• Develop and enhance solutions using ABAP/ABAP OO.
• Implement BAdIs, User Exits, and enhancement frameworks.
• Develop interfaces using Web Services and Proxies.
• Perform debugging, performance tuning, and technical troubleshooting.
• Support testing (Unit, Integration, UAT) and Go-Live activities.
• Assist with data migration activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP FS-PM experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FS-PM configuration and architecture.
• Experience with SAP FS-PM Product Engine and policy business processes.
• Proficiency in ABAP/ABAP OO development.
• Experience integrating SAP FS-PM with SAP FS-CD, SAP FICO, and SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
• Good understanding of insurance business processes (Life, P&C, Health, or Auto Insurance).
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• French language skills.
• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 or Web Dynpro.
• Experience with data migration and interface development.
