Senior Security Project Manager – Brussels | On-site

We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Project Manager to lead security-focused projects in a highly sensitive environment.

Location: Brussels
Start: 1 December 2026
Duration: 12 months
Commitment: Full-time
Rate: €1,000/day
Work model: 100% on-site — no remote work

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex IT security projects from initiation through delivery
• Manage project scope, planning, risks, dependencies and stakeholders
• Apply established project management methodologies and security frameworks
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and provide leadership and coaching
• Ensure alignment with security standards, policies and governance requirements
• Drive Agile/Scrum delivery practices where applicable
• Support security initiatives involving Zero Trust, NIST, SIEM, EDR and PKI
• Ensure high-quality project documentation, reporting and delivery

• 10+ years of proven professional experience
• Senior IT Project Management
• Agile / Scrum
• PMBOK / PRINCE2
• Security governance and frameworks
• NIST
• ISO 27001
• Zero Trust
• Team leadership & coaching
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments
• Exposure to SIEM, EDR, PKI and Android security is a plus

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience
• Belgian nationality
• Existing Top Secret security clearance, or willingness and eligibility to obtain one
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Brussels
• Native-level Dutch or French, with good knowledge of the other national language
• Good working knowledge of English
