Senior Business Analyst – Asset Management

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support technology initiatives within a capital markets and asset management environment. The role involves gathering requirements, supporting solution delivery, and ensuring business needs are effectively translated into technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for development teams.
• Support the implementation of technology solutions and required changes.
• Analyze business processes, drivers, and technology needs.
• Resolve functional questions and issues throughout development.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and support quality activities.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience in Capital Markets and Asset Management.
• In-depth understanding of capital markets processes and business drivers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with both business and technology teams.
