Job Title: Project Manager – Digital Case Management Program
Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)
Role Overview:
This role focuses on managing and coordinating multiple IT projects within a large-scale digital transformation program aimed at modernizing and centralizing case management processes. The Project Manager ensures successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and operational coordination across complex multi-team environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage one or multiple IT projects including planning, budget, resources, and dependencies
- Coordinate business teams, ICT teams, and external partners
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to management and governance boards
- Manage project risks, issues, and change requests
- Ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to timelines
- Maintain alignment between projects and the overall program roadmap
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes
- Facilitate communication and stakeholder collaboration across teams
Key Skills Required:
- IT project management experience
- Knowledge of Agile, Prince2, and PMO methodologies
- Experience working in complex multi-stakeholder environments
- Understanding of digital transformation programs
- Familiarity with .NET and Microsoft Dynamics environments
- Strong planning, coordination, and reporting capabilities
