About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Process Consultant with strong consulting expertise, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills to support enterprise-level transformation initiatives. This role focuses on business process analysis, solution design, and strategic recommendations within complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE analysis and perform detailed gap analysis
• Define and analyze business problems based on input from stakeholders and solution architects
• Design and implement business process improvements and transformation strategies
• Develop consulting methodologies and analysis frameworks
• Collect, analyze, and present data to support decision-making
• Create reusable templates, models, and best practices
• Facilitate client workshops, interviews, and presentations
• Perform process modelling using UML
• Map business processes to application and system solutions
• Deliver clear, actionable strategic recommendations
• Collaborate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Business Consulting / Process Consulting
• Strong expertise in:
  • Business process analysis and optimization
  • Functional requirements definition
  • Gap analysis and solution design
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience working in enterprise data solution environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Dutch (mandatory) and strong English communication skills
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking

Methodologies & Tools

• Experience with UML for process modelling
• Familiarity with Agile / DevOps environments
  • Roles may include Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Project Manager
• Experience working in cross-functional, multi-skilled teams
