Job Title: Data Center Manager
Location: Brussels (Hybrid/Remote)

Overview:
ETNIC is seeking an experienced Data Center Manager to support the design and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies across its infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the current data center architecture (from physical to application layers) for critical systems
• Define and implement Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP)
• Establish recovery objectives (RTO/RPO) and a step-by-step improvement roadmap
• Support the deployment of services to a secondary data center (DC2)
• Contribute to the evolution toward a multi-data center architecture
• Integrate private cloud solutions to enhance resilience and continuity
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and identify existing tools and documentation

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in data center design and IT infrastructure operations
• Proven experience with DRP/BCP implementation
• Knowledge of resilient architectures (active/active, active/passive)
• Understanding of cybersecurity and IT audits
• Experience with cloud integration in disaster recovery environments
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and French
