About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IGA Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions. This role will play a key part in driving modernization initiatives and strengthening identity and access management frameworks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end IGA solutions using platforms such as SailPoint (preferred) or Saviynt
• Lead transformation and modernization initiatives within the IGA domain
• Define identity lifecycle processes, access models, workflows, and governance policies
• Integrate IGA platforms with enterprise systems and applications
• Translate business and security requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership across engineering, operations, and project teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (security, infrastructure, business units, application owners)
• Conduct solution reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Contribute to roadmap planning and continuous solution improvements

What You'll Bring

• 8–10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with strong focus on IGA
• Proven hands-on expertise in SailPoint (highly preferred)
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and access governance
• Experience integrating IGA tools with enterprise applications (ERP, HR systems, cloud platforms, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical designs
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
