To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a Senior Developer – Technical Analyst & Tech Lead. In this role, you will combine hands-on development with technical analysis and potentially take on a coaching or leadership role within the team. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT colleagues to translate functional needs into secure, scalable, and future-proof solutions tailored to the healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis of existing and new IT applications
• Translate functional business requirements into technical designs and solutions
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance software applications and IT tools
• Integrate new software into existing application ecosystems
• Develop and maintain C# services and API integrations
• Support and/or lead technical migrations (applications, domains, infrastructure)
• Contribute to application performance, security, and scalability improvements
• Actively participate in shaping a future-oriented IT architecture
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to team members (when applicable)
• Collaborate within project environments and contribute to project delivery
