Business Change Manager (Senior)

Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Change Manager to lead and deliver change initiatives within a strategic transformation program. You will drive adoption, engagement, and cultural change across the organization, working closely with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement change management strategies (communication, training, stakeholder engagement)
  • Develop clear and engaging communication materials in collaboration with internal teams
  • Assess change impacts and define tailored change plans
  • Support project and program managers in delivering successful transformation initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and team engagements
  • Drive user adoption of new processes and technologies
  • Engage with stakeholders across all organizational levels, including public sector partners
  • Monitor progress, report to senior management, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Contribute to organizational culture transformation and change capability building

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Change Management (Senior level)
  • Certification in ADKAR (Prosci) methodology
  • Strong experience with stakeholder management and communication strategies
  • Experience reporting to senior leadership
  • Background in the energy sector
  • Experience working with public stakeholders
  • Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • Fluent in French or Dutch, with strong knowledge of the other language
  • Good command of English

Nice to Have

  • Experience with business process optimization
  • Knowledge of additional change methodologies (Kotter, Lewin)
  • Experience in training, L&D, or academy environments
  • Experience setting up Change Agent Networks

Additional Details

  • Full-time role (100%)
  • Hybrid working model (up to 2 days remote per week)
  • Contract until May 2027 (extension possible)
