We're Hiring: IGA Engineer (SailPoint) | Amsterdam (Netherlands)

We are looking for a talented IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) Engineer to join our team in Amsterdam on a 6-month contract (ASAP start).

Role Overview
If you enjoy solving complex identity challenges, building integrations, and automating workflows, this role offers a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact on enterprise IAM. You'll work with a global team focused on strengthening identity security and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain IGA solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM ISIM)
• Develop and optimize identity lifecycle workflows (provisioning/deprovisioning)
• Build and manage integrations with HR systems, directories, and applications
• Automate IAM processes using scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
• Support access certification campaigns and enforce RBAC policies
• Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in IAM / IGA engineering
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint (essential)
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and RBAC
• Experience with access certification and governance processes
• Scripting skills for automation and integrations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with APIs, connectors, and identity integrations
• Knowledge of broader IAM domains (SSO, MFA, PAM)
• Familiarity with cloud identity platforms (Azure AD / Entra ID)
• Experience in large enterprise environments
