Job Title: CyberArk Specialist (L3)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced CyberArk Specialist (L3) to design, implement, and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The role involves working closely with internal teams and end customers to enhance and maintain CyberArk environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CyberArk version upgrades

Manage and maintain CyberArk Core PAS components:
- Password Vault (PVWA)
- Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
- Central Policy Manager (CPM)
- PSMP

Handle onboarding of accounts:
- Windows, Linux, Databases
- Application & Service accounts
- Administer Safes and privileged accounts
- Implement password and session management
- Support Disaster Recovery (DR) activities (failover/failback)
- Collaborate with project teams and customers on design & deployment
- Customize connection components/plugins (nice to have)
- Generate CyberArk reports
- Work with API automation (added advantage)
Required Technical Skills (Must-Have)
- Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM

Experience in:
- Account onboarding (Windows, Linux, DBs)
- Safe management
- Privileged account lifecycle

Knowledge of databases:
- Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, Sybase

Understanding of:
- Active Directory
- LDAP
- MFA (SAML, Azure SSO)
Good-to-Have Skills
- CyberArk AAM (Application Access Manager)
- DR implementation experience in PAM
- Reporting & analytics in CyberArk
- API-based automation
- Plugin customization
Certifications (Preferred)
- CyberArk Defender
- CyberArk Sentry
Behavioral Competencies
- Strong communication skills
