CyberArk Specialist (L2 Support) – Contract Role

Location: Amsterdam

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Specialist to provide L2 support for Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with CyberArk Core PAS components and a solid understanding of IAM and PAM workflows in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 support for CyberArk PAM issues, incidents, and service requests
  • Manage and troubleshoot CPM password rotation and reconciliation issues
  • Support PSM-related access issues (RDP, SSH sessions)
  • Onboard and manage privileged accounts and platforms (Windows, SSH, Databases, Web Applications)
  • Monitor health and performance of CyberArk components (CPM, PSM, PVWA)
  • Analyze logs and resolve password synchronization issues
  • Handle incidents, changes, and escalations within SLA timelines

Required Technical Skills

  • CyberArk Defender Certified (Mandatory)
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • CyberArk Core PAS
    • PVWA (Password Vault Web Access)
    • CPM (Central Policy Manager)
    • PSM / PSMP (Privileged Session Manager)
  • Experience in managing and maintaining Password Vaults
  • Understanding of:
    • IAM core functionalities
    • PAM self-hosted workflows

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with CyberArk AAM (Application Access Manager)
  • AAM integration and service account onboarding
  • Experience with Disaster Recovery (failover/failback) in CyberArk
  • Exposure to PAM component upgrades
