CyberArk Specialist (L2 Support) – Contract Role

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Specialist to provide L2 support for Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with CyberArk Core PAS components and a solid understanding of IAM and PAM workflows in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for CyberArk PAM issues, incidents, and service requests
- Manage and troubleshoot CPM password rotation and reconciliation issues
- Support PSM-related access issues (RDP, SSH sessions)
- Onboard and manage privileged accounts and platforms (Windows, SSH, Databases, Web Applications)
- Monitor health and performance of CyberArk components (CPM, PSM, PVWA)
- Analyze logs and resolve password synchronization issues
- Handle incidents, changes, and escalations within SLA timelines
Required Technical Skills
- CyberArk Defender Certified (Mandatory)

Strong hands-on experience with:
- CyberArk Core PAS
- PVWA (Password Vault Web Access)
- CPM (Central Policy Manager)
- PSM / PSMP (Privileged Session Manager)
- Experience in managing and maintaining Password Vaults

Understanding of:
- IAM core functionalities
- PAM self-hosted workflows
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with CyberArk AAM (Application Access Manager)
- AAM integration and service account onboarding
- Experience with Disaster Recovery (failover/failback) in CyberArk
- Exposure to PAM component upgrades
