Project & Change Manager – Financial ERP (Hybrid – Charleroi)

We are looking for an experienced Project & Change Manager to lead both the operational delivery and organizational change management of a major Financial ERP transformation program.

This role combines project governance with change leadership to ensure successful implementation, strong stakeholder engagement, and user adoption across a large organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of the ERP transformation project
• Plan and monitor project milestones, deliverables, budgets, risks, and reporting
• Identify and resolve operational issues, risks, and project dependencies
• Define and execute the change management strategy aligned with project planning
• Analyze organizational impacts and identify affected business populations
• Develop and implement communication, training, and adoption plans
• Coordinate and support a network of change ambassadors and key stakeholders
• Monitor user adoption and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with business, finance, and IT teams throughout the transformation journey

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of experience in:
  • IT Project Management
  • Change Management
  • ERP implementation and transformation programs
• Strong expertise in:
  • Business Process Management
  • Risk Management
  • Financial reporting and finance processes
  • Large enterprise or public-sector environments
• Experience with major ERP platforms is highly desirable
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to combine structured project delivery with a people-oriented change approach

Languages

• French: Native or bilingual proficiency
