Business Analyst – Digital Channels 

Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the evolution and optimization of customer-facing digital platforms, including a mobile application and website. The role focuses on translating business needs into functional solutions while ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, project teams, developers, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from strategic roadmaps, enhancement requests, and market trends.
  • Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
  • Design functional mock-ups and wireframes and challenge UX/UI proposals.
  • Produce or validate functional analyses provided by external suppliers.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment across digital solutions and systems.
  • Collaborate with project and development teams on backlog management, prioritization, and requirements clarification.
  • Participate in sprint reviews and validate delivered functionalities.
  • Develop test plans and functional test scenarios to ensure solution quality.
  • Maintain and organize functional documentation and project deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital or customer-facing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of business process analysis and requirements management.
  • Experience with digital projects, websites, mobile applications, or customer portals.
  • Understanding of user journeys, customer experience, and UX/UI principles.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with development teams.
  • Strong documentation, testing, and stakeholder management skills.
