ITSM Quality & Compliance Officer

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ITSM Quality & Compliance Officer to join a leading organization driving digital transformation in the notary sector.

You will play a key role in enhancing CMDB and asset management maturity, while ensuring IT Service Management (ITSM) processes align with internal governance and major regulatory frameworks such as ISO27001, DORA, NIS2, and the Cyber Resilience Act.

Key Responsibilities

CMDB & Asset Management

  • Design and implement CMDB and asset management architecture
  • Define governance, roles, and processes for configuration management
  • Align CMDB structure with organizational standards

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Event, Service Level Management) comply with key regulations
  • Define KPIs and build dashboards to monitor performance and quality
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and performance reviews

Asset Mapping & Integration

  • Oversee asset import and mapping between business and IT components
  • Ensure full traceability across applications and infrastructure

Training & Enablement

  • Develop SOPs and deliver stakeholder training sessions
  • Drive adoption through structured training waves

Automation & Improvement

  • Identify automation opportunities for CMDB processes
  • Build business cases and roadmap for continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years in IT support / ITSM environments
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, TOPdesk, Jira Service Management, OmniTracker)
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL v4, USM, or similar frameworks
  • Experience with BPMN, UML, and process modeling
  • Proven ability to define KPIs and reporting dashboards
  • Experience with compliance frameworks (ISO27001, DORA, NIS2, CRA)
  • Experience with audits and certifications is a plus

Languages

  • English (mandatory)
  • Dutch or French (fluent), with good understanding of the other

Work Setup

  • Hybrid model: minimum 2 days/week onsite in Brussels
  • Flexible working arrangement (full-time or 4/5)
