Functional Analyst – Salesforce Marketing Cloud

We are looking for a Functional Analyst with strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise to support the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of a CRM platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the platform, perform testing, and ensure the smooth operation of Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure and administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Maintain and optimize the Marketing Cloud platform.
• Manage user access, permissions, security, and data quality.
• Support Marketing Cloud integrations (API, FTP, Marketing Cloud Connect).
• Perform functional, unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Create functional documentation, user stories, and process documentation.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and support end users.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Functional Analyst with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and configuration.
• Experience with Business Analysis and Functional Analysis.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Incident Management and software testing (Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing).
• Understanding of Marketing Cloud Builders, Studios, data management, security, and governance.
• Knowledge of SQL and Marketing Cloud integrations (API, FTP, Marketing Cloud Connect).
• BPMN knowledge is a plus.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.

Languages

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch or French.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Location

• Brussels, Belgium
• Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week).
