Mission

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to define and drive the target application and technology architecture for a large HR transformation program. The role focuses on ensuring that HR systems, time registration, integrations, data, security, and identity management are aligned with business strategy and future operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and document the current application landscape, system dependencies, and technical architecture.
  • Design and maintain a target solution architecture for HR and related business domains.
  • Define architectural principles, standards, governance models, and technology roadmaps.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable technology solutions.
  • Lead architecture activities related to HR systems, workforce management, integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, security, and identity management.
  • Support procurement, selection, and tender processes by defining technical requirements and evaluation criteria.
  • Ensure architectural compliance throughout implementation and transformation projects.
  • Perform risk, opportunity, and impact assessments to support decision-making.
  • Contribute to the maturity and governance of the organization's architecture practice.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect in complex organizations or transformation environments.
  • Strong expertise in integration architecture, APIs, cloud technologies, security, and identity management.
  • Proven experience with HR systems, workforce/time registration platforms, and related enterprise integrations.
  • Experience supporting vendor selection, procurement, and implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture modeling and documentation using ArchiMate, UML, or similar methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with architecture repositories and tools such as LeanIX, ADOIT, Ardoq, or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of architecture governance, standards, and maturity frameworks.

  • Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiency
