Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist – NetIQ

We are seeking an experienced IAM Specialist to support the configuration, customization, and extension of an enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and enhance IAM infrastructure components based on functional requirements.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of identity governance and access control solutions.
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP web services integrated with IAM systems.
• Produce technical documentation, test plans, and integration procedures.
• Support integration, performance, and load testing activities.
• Provide functional and technical recommendations to optimize IAM solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with NetIQ Identity Manager, NetIQ Access Manager, and NetIQ eDirectory.
• Strong experience in developing REST/SOAP web services.
• Experience deploying and integrating IAM solutions in enterprise or public-sector environments.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Java/JEE, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, and MS SQL Server.
• Experience with SUSE Linux Enterprise Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Windows Server environments.
• Basic knowledge of UML modeling.

Additional Requirements

• Native-level French language proficiency.
• Ability to work on-site in Brussels 2 days per week (hybrid model).
• Demonstrated experience delivering at least three similar IAM/NetIQ projects, including IAM integration, process design, and IAM connector development.
