About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Support Account Manager to deliver L1/L2 workplace support across a dynamic enterprise environment. You will be responsible for resolving user incidents, managing printing services, supporting LAN/Wi‑Fi connectivity, and ensuring smooth hardware deployments. This role requires strong customer service skills, technical troubleshooting capability, and strict adherence to security and compliance protocols.
You will work closely with IT operations, security, and governance teams to maintain a secure, efficient, and user‑friendly workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
End‑User Support & Incident Management
- Provide L1/L2 onsite support for workplace incidents across laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot LAN/Wi‑Fi proximity issues, connectivity problems, and workstation performance.
- Manage printing services, including device configuration, queue management, and troubleshooting.
- Perform password resets, account unlocks, and basic identity support as required.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service in high‑pressure situations.
Hardware Deployment & Asset Management
- Support hardware rollouts, device setup, and workstation readiness.
- Maintain accurate asset management records using ServiceNow.
- Ensure devices are tagged, tracked, and compliant with operational standards.
Compliance & Governance
- Follow security regulations, workplace access rules, and operational protocols.
- Participate in governance reviews, reporting incident trends and compliance gaps.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL‑aligned processes and enterprise security guidelines.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with service desk, network teams, and workplace engineering.
- Suggest automation opportunities to reduce manual workload and improve efficiency.
- Contribute to documentation, SOP updates, and knowledge base improvements.
Must‑Have Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in onsite IT support within enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency with ServiceNow for incident and asset management.
- Hands‑on experience with LAN/Wi‑Fi troubleshooting and proximity support.
- Solid understanding of printing support in corporate environments.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of security and operational compliance protocols.
Good‑to‑Have Skills
- Familiarity with MDM / Intune / SCCM for device management.
- Experience with structured cabling.
- Automation mindset for improving support processes.
- Knowledge of ITIL Foundation and Microsoft Endpoint fundamentals.
