Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in CIS and CMDB to join our team in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions
• Manage and enhance CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
• Work on CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) related modules
• Customize ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with CMDB and CIS modules
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide)
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Understanding of ITSM processes
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
