Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using standard Salesforce capabilities and custom development.
• Work extensively with Salesforce Lightning Platform including Flows, Approval Processes, and Lightning components.
• Support CI/CD implementation and deployment processes across Salesforce environments.
• Configure and manage Salesforce environments and release management activities.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, and quality assurance standards are followed.
• Design and implement Salesforce integrations using enterprise integration patterns and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile/SCRUM teams to deliver business requirements.
• Participate in solution design discussions and recommend scalable architecture approaches.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and deployment processes.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong understanding of Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Salesforce Lightning Platform
  • Salesforce Flows
  • Approval Processes
• Experience with CI/CD processes and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of Salesforce environment setup and configuration management.
• Good understanding of security models and QA processes.
• Experience with integration patterns and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically SCRUM.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently with a mature and professional mindset.
