About the job GRC Technology Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
1-Assist in the day-to-day administration and configuration of GRC technology platforms.
2-Support user access management, including account setup, role assignments, and permissions.
3-Help monitor system performance and perform basic troubleshooting.
4-Assist in testing new applications, modules, and platform enhancements.
5-Support data management activities, including data imports, exports, and validation.
6-Work with GRC consultants and business teams to understand and document requirements.
7-Participate in system health checks and report issues to the senior administrator.
8-Prepare documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes.
9-Provide basic technical and user support for GRC platform end-users.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in IT, GRC, or software administration (internship or project experience accepted).
- Basic understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts.
- Familiarity with databases, workflows, or web-based systems.
- Interest in learning GRC platform administration and configuration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data management.
- Exposure to risk management or compliance systems.
- Understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, or other GRC frameworks.
- Awareness of ITIL or general IT service management concepts.
