Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Senior Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts with a strategic and hands-on approach. As a Team Lead reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll oversee a small team (a coordinator to-be-hired & freelance designer) while driving event organization, digital campaigns, and company branding. This role requires expertise in developing a diverse range of marketing materials, including engaging brochures, compelling social media content, informative newsletters, persuasive email campaigns, and visually appealing presentations, collaborating with sales on lead follow-ups, and enhancing our employer marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals and hands-on involvement in planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Organize and manage internal and external events (client, partner, and supplier), overseeing logistics, branding, and team collaboration to ensure high-impact outcomes.
  • Supervise the development of event-related marketing assets, including brochures, banners, slides, and branded giveaways (e.g., tech gadgets and swag), in coordination with the Marketing Coordinator and freelance designer.
  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising platforms to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
  • Monitor campaign performance and marketing KPIs, optimize strategies based on analytics, and collaborate closely with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including business proposals, presentation decks, event assets, and internal communication materials, ensuring brand consistency and excellence.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to the marketing team (coordinator and freelance designer), setting clear expectations, ensuring timely delivery, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Report directly to the Head of Operations, aligning marketing activities with company-wide strategies and operational priorities.
  • Support employer branding and internal engagement efforts, promoting company culture through creative content and campaigns that attract top talent and foster employee loyalty.
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and cybersecurity industry insights, proactively proposing new ideas to enhance marketing effectiveness and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 - 7 years of marketing experience, with proven skills in event planning, digital marketing, and team leadership.
  • Hands-on experience managing event logistics, marketing materials, and giveaways, ideally supervising creative or operational staff.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, Hootsuite) and campaign analytics.
  • Track record of collaborating with sales teams to convert marketing leads into opportunities.
  • Strong ability to produce polished collaterals for business, events, and internal use.
  • Friendly, hardworking, and energetic personality with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable reporting to senior leadership (e.g., Head of Operations) and managing a small team effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in cybersecurity or tech marketing.
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience in employer branding or team management in a fast-paced environment.
