Job Summary:

The Windows Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting end-user computing environments, primarily Windows-based laptops/desktops, Microsoft 365 services, email systems, and endpoint security. The role focuses on ensuring smooth IT operations for internal users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Windows 10/11 laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts, email, and collaboration tools via Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal users (hardware/software issues).
  • Handle Office 365 Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint configurations.
  • Enforce endpoint security and data protection policies.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding (account creation, laptop setup, access rights).
  • Maintain inventory of hardware/software assets and licenses.
  • Document procedures and maintain user guides for internal IT use.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in desktop and system administration.
  • Certifications preferred: Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
