Job Summary:
ITS is seeking a proactive and results-driven Collections Specialist to manage B2B account receivables through strategic, client-facing engagement.
In this role, you will conduct on-site visits to strengthen client relationships, assess payment challenges, and negotiate effective solutions.
You will also handle follow-ups through phone and email to maintain healthy portfolios.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular on-site visits to B2B clients to address outstanding balances, build trust, and develop customized payment plans collaboratively.
- Manage and oversee an assigned portfolio of B2B accounts, proactively identifying and resolving past-due balances.
- Leverage phone and email for scheduling appointments, following up on agreements, and addressing routine client inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key client stakeholders through meaningful in-person interactions.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and billing issues, often through on-site discussions to ensure clarity and resolution.
- Document all collection activities meticulously, including detailed notes from client visits and payment arrangements, in ITSs system.
- Escalate complex issues to management with clear, actionable insights derived from client interactions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to streamline collections processes, incorporating field observations to enhance outcomes.
- Analyze payment trends and on-site feedback to identify potential risks and recommend proactive strategies.
- Generate regular reports on collection activities and aging analysis, showcasing key results from client engagements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legal standards.
- Propose process improvements based on field experiences and client feedback to optimize efficiency.
- Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to departmental goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar B2B collections or client-facing role.
- Exceptional in-person communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build trust and drive results.
- Proven track record of establishing lasting client relationships through face-to-face engagement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective phone and email correspondence.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills to prioritize and manage on-site visits efficiently.
- Results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
