Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coordination

  1. Lead, coach, and supervise a team of 2-3 IAM/PAM engineers.
  2. Plan team schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  3. Provide technical guidance and serve as escalation point for complex issues.
  4. Support the professional growth of the team through training and mentoring.

Project Delivery & Execution

  1. Ensure successful deployment of PAM/IAM solutions for customers.
  2. Oversee installation, configuration, and integration of identity and privileged access technologies.
  3. Support project managers with planning, scope definition, and delivery timelines.
  4. Guarantee that deliverables meet customer expectations and comply with technical requirements.

Solution Design & Technical Expertise

  1. Participate in architecture and design of PAM/IAM solutions.
  2. Integrate PAM/IAM systems with AD, LDAP, servers, databases.
  3. Ensure adherence to Zero Trust, Least Privilege, and identity governance principles.
  4. Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Customer Engagement

  1. Gather technical requirements through workshops and discovery sessions.
  2. Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover upon project completion.
  3. Maintain strong communication and ensure customer satisfaction during delivery.

Compliance, Governance & Quality Assurance

  1. Ensure PAM/IAM deployments comply with standards: ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.
  2. Maintain internal delivery templates and ensure standardized procedures.
  3. Support internal audits, quality checks, and improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Education:

  1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

  1. 3-4 years of hands-on experience in IAM/PAM solution delivery.
  2. Experience implementing or supporting solutions such as:
    1. PAM: CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea.
    2. IAM: SailPoint, Okta.
  3. Experience integrating identity systems with infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.
  4. Preferably some experience acting as a senior engineer or team focal point.

Certifications (preferred):

  1. Vendor certifications (CyberArk Defender, Okta Administrator, SailPoint Engineer, etc.)
  2. Security certifications such as Security+, CCSP, or equivalent.

Key Skills & Competencies

  1. Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
  2. Excellent communication skills for customer-facing environments.
  3. Solid understanding of IAM/PAM architecture and security concepts.
  4. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
