Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our hardware company team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, load, unload, and organize materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move products and materials
• Load and unload trucks, deliveries, and shipments
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock placement
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Inspect forklifts and equipment daily to ensure proper operation
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience preferred
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
