Job Title: Picker Packer

Shift: 8:30am-5pm overtime as needed

IWS Group, a leading distribution company in Lakewood, NJ, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Picker Packer to join our team. As a Picker Packer, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and packing orders for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications

- Use hand-held scanners to scan and track inventory

- Ensure all products are properly labeled and packaged for shipment

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment

- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

- Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management

- Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Basic math and computer skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Team player with a positive attitude

- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
