Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our employment agency. The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative procedures, supporting recruitment staff, maintaining compliance standards, and enhancing overall office productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a clean, efficient, and organized work environment.
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate scheduling, office logistics, and front-desk functions.
- Support recruiters by preparing candidate files, scheduling interviews, and managing job postings.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, confidentiality standards, and internal policies.
- Maintain office records, databases, and filing systems, both digital and paper.
- Liaise with clients and candidates, providing excellent customer service.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees and internal training coordination.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, preferably within staffing or employment services.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration
