General Laborer – Snack Manufacturing

Position: General Laborer
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Employment Type: Full-Time

Available Shifts & Pay

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM — $17.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM — $17.50/hour
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM — $18.00/hour

Job Summary

Drizzlicious Snack Company is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our snack manufacturing team. General Laborers will assist with daily production, packaging, warehouse, and general manufacturing activities while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food and snack production and packaging operations.
• Operate basic production and packaging equipment after training.
• Sort, inspect, package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Load and unload materials and products as needed.
• Move boxes, ingredients, and finished products throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety, food-safety, and quality-control procedures.
• Follow production instructions and meet daily production goals.
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, food production, or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must be willing to work the assigned shift Monday–Friday.
