Cabinet Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Summary

A Cabinet Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports customers, contractors, designers, and dealers by managing cabinet orders, answering product questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from order placement through delivery and installation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with cabinet product information, pricing, specifications, and availability
  • Process cabinet orders, quotes, change orders, returns, and warranty claims
  • Communicate with builders, contractors, designers, vendors, and internal departments
  • Track shipments and provide delivery updates
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues professionally and promptly
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation
  • Review cabinet layouts, measurements, and order details for accuracy
  • Coordinate replacement parts and service requests
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Support sales staff and project managers with administrative tasks
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Knowledge of cabinetry, construction, or home improvement products preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
