We are seeking a skilled and dependable Remote Service Technician to provide technical support, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and service coordination for customers across the United States. This role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently in a fully remote environment.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in technical service, maintenance support, or equipment troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support via phone, video, and remote access tools

Diagnose equipment, software, or system issues and recommend corrective actions

Guide customers through step-by-step repair or configuration procedures

Document service interactions, resolutions, and escalation notes accurately

Coordinate with field technicians when on-site service is required

Monitor service tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction

Maintain compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards

Participate in ongoing product and technical training

Required Qualifications

Must reside in the United States (U.S. work authorization required)

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or technical certification preferred)

2+ years of experience in technical support, service technician, or related field

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Experience using remote support tools and service management systems

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users

Strong organizational and documentation skills

Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated remote workspace

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting mechanical, electrical, medical, or industrial equipment

Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems

Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments

Prior experience in a fully remote service role
