About the job Talent Sourcer
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our remote Talent Acquisition team. This position plays a critical role in identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates across various functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, research-driven, and skilled at uncovering high-quality talent through innovative sourcing strategies.
As a Talent Sourcer, you will partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and generate strong candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring initiatives.
This is a fully remote opportunity; however, applicants **must reside in the United States and possess valid U.S. work authorization.**
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
* Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social platforms, networking sites, and database searches.
* Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
* Utilize Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
* Conduct market research to map talent pools and competitor landscapes.
Candidate Engagement
* Craft personalized outreach messages to attract top-tier candidates.
* Screen resumes and profiles to assess alignment with job requirements.
* Conduct initial qualification conversations to evaluate experience, skills, and interest.
* Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Collaboration & Strategy
* Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, technical competencies, and hiring priorities.
* Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
* Participate in intake meetings and provide insights on talent availability and market trends.
Data & Reporting
* Track sourcing activity and candidate engagement metrics.
* Maintain accurate and organized records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Provide weekly updates on pipeline health and sourcing performance.
Required Qualifications
* Must reside in the United States and have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 1–3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or research (agency or in-house).
* Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, or similar platforms.
* Strong Boolean search and internet research skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills in a remote environment.
* Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience sourcing for technical, healthcare, finance, or corporate roles.
* Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, or iCIMS.
* Experience supporting high-growth or fast-paced organizations.
* Understanding of diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
