Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and traders
– Expand network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates
– Build and maintain strong relationships with traders and partners
– Monitor local market trends, brokers, and regulations

Requirements
– 3+ years experience in Forex industry
– Strong understanding of Malaysia market landscape
– Proven client acquisition (500–1,000 connections, 25–50 active traders)
– Existing network with at least 20 IBs / affiliates
