Regional Sales Manager (Machine Vision, Public Listed) — Remote, Penang / Klang Valley

We're recruiting on behalf of a global leader in industrial machine vision cameras for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the machine vision and industrial automation space. This is a remote role based out of Penang or the Klang Valley, offering RM10,000–RM18,000 a month (extendable for the right candidate).

What You'll Do

• Drive sales growth for machine vision camera solutions across your assigned region
• Build and manage relationships with system integrators, OEMs, and end users
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales pipeline
• Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to customers
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and events

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of technical or B2B sales experience, ideally in machine vision, industrial automation, or capital equipment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel within the region
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

Nice to Have

• An established network within the machine vision or industrial automation industry
