Job Description
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers that call in to resolve their problem.
  • This is strictly a shift position.
  • This is a 1 year contract position with possibility of absorption to full fledge employment upon performance review.
  • Fresh Diploma / Degree Holder
  • SPM holders with minimum 1 years Contact Centre customer service experience.
  • Excellent in English & Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin 
  • IT savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
