- This is strictly a shift position.
- This is a 1 year contract position with possibility of absorption to full fledge employment upon performance review.

- Fresh Diploma / Degree Holder
- SPM holders with minimum 1 years Contact Centre customer service experience.
- Excellent in English & Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin
- IT savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
