Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist who will serve as the first point of contact for employees and will assist in carrying out HR and Administration.  You will work closely with Head of Human Resource and responsible for the execution and communication as it related to multiple HR projects.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions which include but are not limited to Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development and Employee Welfare.
• Act as a point of contact for all HR and Admin matters for employees and vendors.
• Perform HR Administrative function that supports the day-to-day HR operations and enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Preparation of monthly HR reports (i.e. Payroll, Headcount and etc.) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Planning and coordinating of external and internal staff events.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Experience / Qualifications:

• Degree/ Diploma in HR Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience from a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge in Employment Act is essential.
• Hands on start-up experience would be an added advantage.
• Excellent oral and written English and Mandarin. (Candidates fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage due to the business nature needed)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgement when handling sensitive issues
