Summary
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Group Key Accounts Manager to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
1 Analyze, prepare and execute plans by accounts according to company and brands' directions.
2 Fully accountable for customers' trading terms and ensure it is negotiated with business benefits as priority.
3 Negotiate listing for new launches and ensure that distribution targets are achieved.
4 Maintain customers' profiles and provide feedback on market information and competitors' activities.
5 Manage company's brands and imported products such as CED, Mega Food, Mega Fresh, Bundaberg, Selva and others.
6 Ensure pricing strategies are being enforced and executed.
7 Manage a team of Key Accounts Manager / Executive and ensure high performance.
8 Responsible for effective and efficient trade spend based on agreed trading terms with key customers.
9 Develop trade spend and pricing strategy to ensure effectiveness of promotions in the trade.
10 Review accounts receivables, aging report and overall collection with customers.
Requirements
1 Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Sales, Marketing or equivalent discipline.
2 More than 5 years of key accounts management in FMCG industry, experience in food categories is added advantage.
3 Result oriented and able to react quickly to market conditions.
4 Possess strong business mindset and analytical skills.
5 Proficient in Ms Excel, Power Point and able to use email / messenger effectively.
6 Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
7 Able to lead a team by providing good direction, coaching and motivation.
8 Good team player and entrepreneur spirit is necessary.
