Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support our influencer marketing strategies which include setting measurable objectives, creating strategies, driving tactical execution and measuring ROI in support of increasing our brand awareness and growth in our respective markets.
  • Identify KOL/KOCs for brand products & campaigns that maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPI.
  • Strategically vet and identify new KOL/KOCs who align with our beauty brands and products.
  • Build, maintain, and grow constructive and sustainable relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, leveraging those relationships to support business objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Build a community around our brand, using a creative approach to connecting influencers and new communities.
  • Strategize, oversee and proofread influencer-generated branded content to ensure we stick to campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Track, monitor, analyze, and assess the performance of influencer marketing campaigns for strategic decisions and improvements through analytical reports to ensure ROI and media value (MV) targets are being hit.
  • Collaborate with Social Media, Brand and other functions to provide compelling, influencer-led content that will engage our community across our social media channels.
  • Brainstorm and come up with out-of-the-box ideas and key concepts for influencers' content. (Malay Market)

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience, especially in FMCG/Beauty, Social Media Marketing, influencer/affiliate marketing, branding or other allied fields.
  • Have experience in leading a team of at least 5 members.
  • Experience in running Malaysia-based influencer engagement campaigns. (Malaysian market)
  • Good communication skills and good ability to convert ideas in a clear and concise way.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects.
  • Able to compose a convincing pitch to influencers/bloggers and when necessary, negotiate a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Working knowledge of major social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
  • Analytical mind with the ability to monitor, interpret and report campaign results.
  • Good proficiency in Mandarin
